This week, we revisit Northfield Park, a beloved harness-racing track that first opened its gates in 1934. Now known as MGM Northfield Park, it continues to be a vibrant part of the Village of Northfield’s heritage, offering both history and entertainment to visitors.
The City of Macedonia, named after the ancient region of Macedonia, traces its roots to early 1800s pioneers who settled the area. Incorporated as a city later, it remains a cornerstone of Nordonia Hills’ community identity, with a population of 12,491 residents as recorded in the 2020 census.
